When you are done with the final round if you click end game on that level you can go to the level select screen and choose to replay any prior levels. Your total score is cumulative across rounds. If you are going for the highest score you can possibly get then your primary goal should be to try to keep the longest consecutive streak of playing cards going that you can so you take advantage of the bonus multiplier. In general it makes sense to try to work on all parts of the playing field in parallel to give you the maximum flexibility with being able to use subsequent cards.
